Every piece is printed to order. We do not keep a backstock of prints; this ensures that your art is fresh, untouched, and in pristine condition when it reaches your door.
Processing: Please allow 2–4 business days for our professional lab to custom-press and inspect your archival print.
Shipping: Once production is complete, prints are shipped via [Standard/FedEx] from the lab. You will receive a tracking number the moment your art is on its way.
Delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of the order date.

We take immense pride in the safety of your art.
Small Prints (8x12, 11x14): Shipped flat in heavy-duty, reinforced mailers.
Large Prints (16x24, 24x36): Carefully rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in extra-thick, crush-resistant mailing tubes.

All sales are final. Because each print is a custom-made archival item, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges based on a change of mind. We encourage you to measure your space carefully before selecting your size.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your print arrives damaged during transit or there is an error with your order, we will make it right.
Notification: Please contact us at amber@knechtcreative.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Documentation: You must include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damage to the print itself.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will initiate a replacement print at no additional cost to you.
